Domestic gas sensor manufacturers are dominated by Weisheng Electronics, Sifang Optoelectronics, Beijing Panteng, and Suzhou Huiwen. Domestic products are mainly used in the consumer market, and have not been used in the automotive field on a large scale. Vehicle gauge gas sensor products are mainly monopolized by foreign Honeywell, Amphenol, Bosch, and SGX. Compared with international manufacturers, The technical gap between domestic gas sensor products and foreign products is mainly reflected in sensor accuracy, reliability and consistency. The project team has realized large-scale real vehicle applications in vehicle gauge level MEMS gas sensor chips, sensitive materials and application system ends through the early research and development of vehicle gauge level gas sensor products, forming three series of products, namely vehicle gauge level MEMS air quality sensors and automatic control system (AQS) for indoor air quality, vehicle gauge level MEMS hydrogen sensors and thermal runaway management system, vehicle gauge level carbon dioxide sensors and legacy systems. Break the monopoly of foreign manufacturers, realize the full domestic substitution of domestic vehicle gauge level MEMS gas sensor chips, sensors and application systems, and further narrow the domestic and foreign technology gap in the vehicle gauge level gas sensor technology field.
