Public service platform of packaging laboratory,It is the research and development and public service center of comprehensive microelectronic packaging materials and packaging process technology under the Optoelectronic Materials and Devices Research Department. Through the exploration and understanding of the physical mechanism of semiconductor lighting, it provides guidance for packaging process and device design. The public service platform of the packaging laboratory has more than 100 sets of special equipment. The laboratory personnel have rich experience in packaging devices, photoelectric testing, device testing, etc., and have the ability to cut and process 8-inch silicon wafers and silicon based GaN wafers, which can provide advanced technical support and high-level training consulting services for enterprises in the industry chain.

Packaging process processing service

Wafer processing service
The public service platform of the packaging laboratory has the ability to cut and process 8-inch silicon wafers and silicon based GaN wafers, and has multiple sets of advanced and comprehensive chip processing equipment, compatible with 2-inch, 4-inch and 6-inch, to meet the personalized needs of customers.
Test and detection service
The public service platform of the packaging laboratory has multiple sets of testing systems, which can provide users with testing services for white and purple light spectrometers and aging services for luminous systems, and provide analysis reports for the test results.
