The public technology service platform of the epitaxial growth center has a 2000 square meter super clean room laboratory, purchased more than 60 sets of large-scale equipment, has a professional team with rich research and development experience and industrialization experience in epitaxial growth of silicon based gallium nitride materials, and has various bulk materials Scientific research and product development functions of light emitting diode (LED), laser (LD), HEMT, and other various power and electronic devices. The epitaxial material growth center has a complete range of models of epitaxial material growth equipment, which can meet customers' needs for the growth of III-V semiconductor materials in different application directions. At the same time, it can provide customers with various technical services, customization of epitaxial material growth schemes, material (device) testing characterization tests, realize equipment sharing, and allow users to operate independently and develop independently. It is committed to providing services and support for domestic and international innovative enterprises and R&D institutions, with the goal of becoming an international first-class innovative industry university research cooperation development platform.
