In the future, the research institute will give full play to the hardware support conditions of the semiconductor specialized park that has been completed in Phase I, solve a series of industrial supporting problems of semiconductor enterprises in chip manufacturing, special gas, double circuit high guarantee electricity, acid and alkali wastewater, greatly reduce the feasibility and approval cycle of the EIA and safety assessment, and speed up the industrial settlement; In addition, Phase II aims to create production conditions dominated by ten thousand level clean areas, which will be used in conjunction with Phase I's hundred level and thousand level clean areas, covering the whole chain of semiconductor industry production environment, and creating a truly rare featured industrial park with land and housing. The second phase incubation carrier construction project of the Institute has been started, the preliminary engineering geological exploration project has been completed, and the preparation of design and construction drawings and project cost budget has been completed in June this year. The second phase project will be divided into civil engineering and purification mechanical and electrical engineering, of which the civil engineering is expected to go online for bidding at the end of the year.
